I grew up fishing on the cheap in southern Baja. My Dad, brothers and I would make trips from Phoenix down there, renting rickety skiffs, catching the big blue water stuff and roosters. I  started guiding fly fishing in 2002 while in school at the university of Tennessee. I have guided since then, mostly in TN, but also a bit in the FL keys and in the Carolinas. My passion is developing, mostly saltwater, patterns that actually work in hard hit areas like the Keys, Mosquito lagoon and then some tricky landlocked striper and musky stuff in the TN valley.
