Alan Green grew up fly fishing in the cutthroat streams of North Idaho before moving onto Steelhead and Salmon on the coast during college and later offshore and backcountry fishing in South Florida while attending law school.   There are few species of fish Alan hasn’t chased with a fly rod:  Trout, Tarpon, Steelhead, Swordfish, Peacock Bass, Marlin – you name it.  Alan has since moved back to Spokane where he opened his own law practice.  The real reason he moved back to the Northwest, though, are the rivers.  Alan spends scores of days a year chasing Trout and Steelhead, and most nights sharing bourbon with his bird dog at the tying desk.
